Yes, I wold agree the management has selected the timing in that case. Thanks for the explanatory pm. The unions started the "go slow" about 3rd of September, so they can be attributed to the timing issue. Even if they were goaded into taking that action, I think it was a mistake on the part of the unions. They should have either accepted the technology change or waited till some other time to take action.

With the market folding around our ears, a well paid union causing industry stoppages, just now, has set themselves up as the "kick dog" for causing a recession imho.
