Did you see my response to that, Eugene? That example he cited was a successful re-test of a low that had previously pierced the lower BB. That's covered in the exceptions I cited.

We did not have a prior low that we successfully re-tested, so I do not believe we are in the clear yet.

Exp has mentioned that he believes the lower BB's were pierced on the dailies on Monday. I don't see that in my charts, but maybe someone has something that shows it.
