moral of the story: steal BIG, not small If you snatch someone's purse and get $50, you go to jail. If you snatch $500,000,000 from investor's accounts, you pay a $75K fine and are free to fleece again while you live in a mansion and drive nice cars. At the very, very, very worst, you might go to luxurious club fed if you stupidly broke smaller laws while you were stealing from investors.
