Anybody see and follow AAII (Am.Assoc. of Individual Investors?)recent article on sorting for ADRs? I glanced at it, but did not see a free site where ADR stocks were listed and could be sorted by typical value attributes. (I believe the AAII article used relative strength or momentum as one criterion - which of course, is not a classical value metric.)
