FRED is one that had a great year when tech collapsed, but now looks like it may be rolling over. Nothing wrong with the company, as far as I know (it's a bit pricey, for sure, a retailer in this climate), just looks like short-term bucks may be headed elsewhere. Conclusion: I don't see a turn in tech here. There's short-covering and a very few, brave bargain hunters. Give it time. PB
