At any other time I'd say sure, it looks like a bottom forming on ATY. But these are unusual times, to say the least. Japan puking again tonight, and some more technical analysis indicates an entry may be premature. Check the DMI option on the indicator box on ATY to see what I mean. No momentum. You like to see the green curve higher than the red. Frankly, these days I'm chicken, particularly on techs, but it's a productive bird to be. Good Luck if you decide to go in.
