Beginning October 15, trading will evert to its old schedule with trading hours between 9:00 am and 12:10 pm (0100 GMT-0410 GMT), the exchange said. The exchange said it would continue to look for ways of lowering trading costs in the afternoon but did not say if it was likely to resume afternoon trading. The Philippines market has been in a slump in recent weeks, hitting an 11-month low on Tuesday.
