After they get the delisting notice it, Co has 90 days to get price above $1 for 10 consec days.... with so many at these levels Naz has become lenient about that. Also, you can appeal several times so some Co.s have not been delisted and been under a dollar for over a year. 1 Co. that comes to mind is ESAN, but not sure of their details.
Though i don't think a reverse split would be bad for fnsr, this has finally gotten FNSR mgt to wake up. This restructuring has been advised for some time. I hope they are cutting their own salaries appropriately?
