Mark Shields, who is (or has been) a talking head on CNN and PBS keeps making an argument (over and over and over) that war veterans are somehow better equipped to make war and peace decisions, and should be immune from criticism. It is a safe bet he wasn't making that argument when Clinton was president and bombing Kosovo.
