By the same rule that Bush invoked at the UN...if it is to be relevant it must act as a body. I guess he meant that only to apply to action which is in keeping with what Bush wants. In other words, more of the same my way or the highway business.

This is consistent with the US policy ever since the UN existed.

And of course American history is not tattered by similar immoralities. We don't have a history of slavery and displacement of the natives of this country. Our moralities are simply a function of the evolution of our society versus theirs.

This may be a surprise to you, but China is still governed by a totalitarian regime, on evolution scale, something the US "evolved" from more that 200 years ago.
