India may not be dead, but as far as VCD goes, it's dormate. Still only arround 500 titles. And the movies are 3 hours long, at least 3 discs vs. 1 VHS tape. No big commitments to title creation. I think it's a DVD market like the US. 10s of thousands of VHS tapes to put on DVD.
