Kerry, thanks for the heads up. On the occassions (very frequently - daily, sometimes hourly) when I need to change my identity, "innocent white man in his 50's" is one of my favorite disguises. If I'm ever travelling through the Triangle, I'll know now I probably want to go with "lady trucker" instead. Great diet tips. Ever since I saw "Rocky" I've been starting my morning off with 6 raw eggs in a glass, but I've been pounding down the whites too (only because I saw Rock do it).
