Well, I'm still not convinced that it was propaganda. Sure, I'll agree that they may have been carried away with the PR. Particularly if they did not meet SEC guidelines for establishing resources. They should have know that and kept their mouths closed, a bit like they are doing now.

However, because they did not meet SEC guidelines, does not mean they don't have what they claimed.

I don't know of any examples, perhaps you do, where a company did not meet certain PR requirements, but did have what they claimed. Does that make them propaganda spin doctors?

Sort of like the US and UK Military and "conflict casualties" when they go around the world spreading democracy, now that is some impressive propaganda.
