The shares being sold are a negative and create an overhang that will weigh on the stock. If the company is cash flow positive it can at least survive. The revenue/sales numbers will be life and death. Good numbers could start a rally, but it will be sold into. Keep in mind these aren't "dumb" sellers. Watch the "other alternatives for financing" that he mentions. If Reg.S is mentioned I would bail before I come here to ask questions. Dwight
