Dear Mr. Ni,

I have investigated your order to sell PERI, and, while it is unfortunate that it was not executed, it was handled according to the protocol that we have detailed several times on this thread and also in the Customer Support section of our website. Your order was received at the opening of the market and processed along with several thousand other orders. The order was first scanned against the Island limit book, but as there were no buy orders at your price on Island, no execution occurred. We then sent your order to several NASDAQ market makers. During the five minutes that your order was marketable, no market maker bought your shares. During a busy open, market makers are doing a tremendous amount of volume. This can result in delays before customers get their executions.

While we regret that your order was not filled, Datek Online was actively seeking to get your order an execution for the entire time that it was marketable.
