"Sure, I'll agree that they may have been carried away with the PR. Particularly if they did not meet SEC guidelines for establishing resources. They should have know that and kept their mouths closed, a bit like they are doing now." The PR was the results of an Independent study, how was that getting "carried away"? AND What are the detailed SEC Guidelines for establishing Resources? How can anyone know something that really does not exist? The SEC could not prove that study was incorrect.
