Of course, drilling is not always necessary depending on the topography and how accessible are the zones to be sampled. But is is almost impossible to sampled large zones in 3 dimensions withouth drlling.

I haven't read guide 7. But base on simple probabilities and maths, there was simply not enough sampling to prove up the huge number of ounces. Too much was inferred.
