Apple continues to wrestle with the cloners over OS 8 licenses. There is some speculation that Apple is just trying "to steal a march" on the competition, making sure its own products are the only ones shipping with OS 8 any time soon. Maybe. But constant turmoil in the executive suites doesn't help either. Here's an interesting article on the subject: techweb.com.
