If that is your argument then there is something wrong with the basic elements of your industrial base. Just because you're a large corporation doesn't mean bunk. Ford will never die but it may be swallowed up by another company or companies.

There is nothing wrong with our industrial base. You yourself said it was mgmt. When you do a bailout, you require mgmt changes.
