I've been trying to put together what is going on in real estate over on the peninsula in real estate to post to Earlie.
Saw a broker friend today (Silverdale) who manages a lot of residential & commercial properties. I was quiet surprised to hear that the market is very hot over here. People buying 2nd homes in the $200-400K range on the Hood Canal & Kingston. Also of course, more & more moving over here and taking the ferry rather than moving further east (Issaquah) and dealing with the traffic.
Do you have any idea how the market is over where you are? I thought the layoffs from Boeing would start to affect the market but apparently not.
