I think that about does it, Kenneth - that's about what I figured.

Only part I wouldn't bet on is the application to become a cop and having failed the police exam. In place of that point (3), I'd add that he's between 30 and 45, and in all likelihood recently fired or laid off (blue collar, I'd speculate). Divorced, too.
