You are incorrect - the link didn't say the CIA was inciting the Miskitos in 1979 - it said the Sandinistas claimed this. The link stated the conflict between the Sandinistas and Miskitos started because: ..in 1979, just three months after the Sandinistas came to power. The Council of Elders was replaced with Sandinista revolutionary cadres who initiated reeducation programs designed to indoctrinate the humble Christian Indians with Marxist revolutionary propaganda... Sandinista obstruction of Miskito traditions and beliefs met with strong protest. The Indians demanded that their land and their autonomy be restored, their Christian beliefs restored, and that their Cuban teachers leave. You've offered no support for the statement that the Sandinistas only murdered 12 Miskitos. That is impossible to believe given that it is known that tens of thousands of Miskitos were driven from their homes and became refugees due to Sandinista aggression.
