We can't agree as to whether or not the US needs defending from Iraq, but you have no problem ordering people to kill and die for what we disagree about.

We won't all agree, ever. So what? Congress has been debating whether to invoke the War Powers Act. That's what you wanted, and it's happening. The result isn't going to be something you're happy with, but that's the breaks in a democracy.

No, I won't order anybody to do anything, that's not my job. I am too old to serve in the military, but I may die, anyway, if Saddam decides to unleash his own version of hell. All I can do is vote, pay taxes, take care of my family, contribute to my community, volunteer for my causes, and do my own job, which has some small value.
