One other thing: No one talks about Japan any more. Their market is at a 19-year low, not a 5-year low like ours is. The best performing market over the last year has been Russia, which was beaten down to nearly nothing in the fall of '98. This whole global economy thing requires an amount of thought beyond my capabilities. PB
