Hi Jay,>> I am enthusiastic, optimistic, hilariously anticipative, and supremely alert<<

Good old Jay. Keep us all warm and on our toes - feel Ramboish, writing this -.

I remember you depicting the situation months (or was it years) ago, as a mega online combat game - and you are sitting in the attic, with your feet dangling through the opened trap door. And now and then you let a granate or two fall down into the melee below. Your mode of action now as ever? You will not believe it, but I tried hard for a few days to understand why you just keep selling (puts or calls, covered, naked, does not matter much). Now it's coming slowly accross. It's all comes back to question of a reasonable margin of safety ;) Grab and run, but dont forget to leave a small, ticking courtesy package for whoever is after you.

The D word has finally arrived in Germany. Actually both of them. Will probably have something on this subject posted over the weekend.

Am seriously mulling over getting rid of some nonessential, petty real estate... My wife (my big reference authority;) keeps saying "you're just not realistic" - while at the same time praising my Return on our NAV since 1996...

Maurice and his map - could it be he's looking at the backside? ... the texts, they all seem spelled backwards;
