We shipped seven strains of anthrax to Iraq between 1978 and 1988.

I have debunked this so many times, including to you, if you recall. Remember my post about ATCC? I went into elaborate detail. Took me a while to research and write.

You could look it up.

Same with the allegation that we provided intelligence "so that" Iraq could use chemical weapons. Yes to the intelligence, no to the "so that."

But lets assume for the sake of the argument (it's not true, but let's pretend it is) that we knowingly provided deadly weapons to Saddam "so that" he would use them on the Kurds and the Iranians.

Who better than us would know what a monster we created? And if we did create a monster, who better than us to stop his monsterous rampage?

Do you suggest that because we created a monster, we should just stand back and let him destroy others, as well as ourselves?

Apparently you don't watch enough science fiction. When the monster turns on the master, the best thing to do is kill the monster if you can.

Memo to self: the ATCC incident would make a very good dissertation subject.
