To Truman and All:

Did you notice Bob's discussion of sell signals this weekend. He indicated that one type of sell signal is a full sell signal (I forgot the precise term that he used). This may be issued if the market is expected to drop 20 to 30% or more over a period of six to 18 months.

Bob mentioned a second type of sell signal that I haven't heard him discuss before: the "intermediate" term sell signal. An appropriate response for an "intermediate" term sell signal might be to liquidate "some or all" of your equity holdings. This is the first time that I remember Bob indicating that there may be some option other than 100% invested or completely out of the market.

Did anyone else catch this, or is it just my imagination?
