Iraqi defectors have told us that the WMD have been hidden where we can't find them. So what we need is unfettered access to the people who developed them, and the people who hid them.

That's why one of the non-negotiable parts of whatever resolution the UN Security Council will pass (and it WILL pass a new resolution) is that the scientists who work in the WMD programs have safe passage out of Iraq, along with their families.

BTW, many of the weapons sites are situated in schools, hospitals, and mosques.
