P&F resistance doesn't get broken until 24, but I wouldn't take that to mean anything. stockcharts.com On these bear market rally breakouts, it can go 2 or 3 pts above the R before turning back down again. LLTC looks to be an ascending wedge, but those can break up too. No need to rush into anything.
