Wren,
The RSI is a good indicator, like stochastics, of over bought and over sold conditions. I usually look for target numbers to be penetrated (breaking down trendlines, 3 day highs, the RSI recovering above 25, etc.)
Yesterday's reading was tremendously bullish with Candelstick reading. Anytime you have a strong down day reversed and end up for the day is great (Doji and hammers are the 2 words that come to mind. I haven't done this for 8 years, but I recognize the strong chart pattern) Good chance the $RMS will run back to 420 before hitting resistance, though it has already retraced 40% and 420 would be 66%.
