That's funny! "Russia's second-largest oil company will continue to ship crude directly to the United States... ...and U.S. officials hailed the delivery as a step toward reducing dependence on the Middle East for energy." I have a strong belief that much of this "Russian" oil is actually coming from Iraqi oil wells, bypassing the oil for food program.
