Interestingly, my view on the largest applications of CTI in the future are market opportunities that don't even generate much in the way of revenue to DLGC currently. These would include the internet call center gateways for electronic commerce from Cos' homepages; intra-net telephony or routing corporate voice and fax traffic over corporate data or intra-nets and improved telephony switches that allow the "unified" integration of multible forms of communication. (i.e. wireless & wirelined voice and fax messages combined with other forms of data) in a simple and easy to use format..... Hope this helps... Jay
