Nope. I think his hit was other than the breast bone area and the organ damage was less than the others.

I think he takes a head shot when he is in range and a frontal shot all other times.....I have not heard if anybody was shot from behind. For all I know they were all hit from behind....the bone fragments are 2ndary projectiles that do much damage to soft tissue.
