One more thing to consider. The utility sector is near 14 year lows. While ENE had far reaching effects I don't think this sector is going away anytime soon. Especially when many of the players are regulated. While EP is really not part of the utility sector it did get painted with the same brush on the way down. If this sector starts getting some safe-haven cash once the tax selling abates it'll just be further pressure on the shorts.

Long XLU as well.

We can get by without the internet. We can by with fewer long distance companies. We can get by without all those telecom equipment suppliers. Good luck getting by without our energy infracture.
