Their analysis of their WLI may be late, but the WLI itself has a good record of providing a good read of whether we are moving into recession or not. Right now it is clearly on the edge, in fact we may have already begun slowing enough. If DJIA tanks into the 6k range that will definitely push us into a consumer-led recession IMO.
