Kuwait has announced that they will not be involved with an attack on Iraq without UN sanction as recently as a few days ago. I would guess that I could extract similar statements from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. Do you have public statements from any of those nations (from their own words, not some neocon interpreting what they really mean) suggesting that they are signing up for a war not directly sanctioned by the United Nations? -- Carl
