had a similar experience several months ago when i got my line with my local super-regional money center (you shouldn't have to think too hard about who that is). i applied on the Web site. asked me how much my home was worth. oh, let's see, how about $1.1 million? appraiser CALLS me the next day. how many bedrooms do you have? 3. oh yeah, i just spent $60k on my kitchen. valuation approved. i coulda been living down by the river in a refrigerator box w/ Luc and they wouldn't have known the difference.

crazy.

Cheers
