Can you show me anything in an official Republican web site the balances dashles wheelchair add and supports your dismissal of Cy.

I cannot come up with a reason for the wheelchair. But Cy expresses an opinion. Cy opinion requires very sad analysis but the wheelchair lends itself no other explanation that I can think of.
