THERE CERTAINLY WHERE ALOT OF CRIMS IN THAT "major offshore pumpandumporama" YET OUR FINE SEC, NASD, FBI, CIA INTERPOLE AND OTHER ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES JUST LET THE CRIMS CONTINUE TO ROB, STEAL, PILFER, FLEECE, CROOK, SWIPE, THIEVE, RIP OFF, PILLAGE, SNAKE, VULTURE, ROB AND RUSTLE THE THE HAPLESS VICTIMS. THE SAME GROUP CONTINUES THE SAME ACTIVITIES TO THIS VERY DAY. ITS NO WONDER WHY SO FEW REPORT CRIMES TO AUTHORITIES WHEN THE EVIDENCE AGAINST THE CROOKS IS SO OVERWELMING.
