If that turns out to be the case, I'll truly take my hat off to the simpleton who can't learn to pronounce the word nuclear as he addresses the powerful of the world about a nuclear threat. He just pronounces it Southern fashion. Carter did the same and got the same grief for it. But I think Bush does deserve credit for framing the debate in a manner condusive to an outcome he wants. Bush is a smart politician. Those who take him for a simpleton will learn that from hard experience.
