Engineer, that might get the Anti-Trust people all hot and bothered. Also, there is the matter of a bit of debt to be paid [it might not be too bright to take on debts with hagfish liabilities hidden in the slime]. I think it's better to just let Ericsson slowly sink and die. Motorola too. I don't want to own obsolete GSM patents. Mqurice
