How generous of CSFB and an upgrade to boot, increasing price target to 35 cents. Sounds like an apprentice program to me. I wonder what NOK thinks of this target based on their purchase several months ago? Embarrassing to upgrade a penny stock at this level. MY-OH-MY as Dave Nehaus would say.
