I think that's about right. Everyone wants to be right, so when no one is sure, then they are quiet. However, I'm pretty sure we are skimming along the bottom. That's why I've been buying every week. My buy program will end in two weeks, just in time for the historical Nov-March runup. Even if I'm wrong, Sept/Oct, have historically proven to be good buy opportunities.
