Our constitution and its amendments provides us with two political branches of government--not three. Interesting way to put that and certainly true. Though I don't think that I'd go along with . I believe they forgot that when they chose to hear the case in 2000. but that is certainly the perception that came out of it. The Court should not have stuck it's nose into State of Florida business and certainly shouldn't have been selective about the application of due process within the State of Fl. Due process was denied by not allowing the State to resolve the issue. jttmab
