Judging from the price of the bonds and the money necessary to get Globalstar to profit, I don't think the creditors are going to get much of the New Globalstar. Since it won't be Loral putting up the money, it looks as though Loral is out [more or less].

If QUALCOMM paid $300 million for the assets [or shares in the company when clear of bankruptcy], they'd get nearly all the shares in the new company.

Then they could slash minute prices to the right level and start the phone production lines, get the next [100% coverage] constellation lined up, develop new, smaller phones with methanol fuel cells and 1xRTT or 1xEV-DV gizzards with all the good stuff like RadioOne, gpsOne, BREW etc.

This is the longest denouement I've heard of.
