Thinking out loud--will stay away from utilities.
So more goes into treasuries.

A little more into some microcap biotech,
where the fear-factor has them discounted
badly.

Sometime in the next few years, $15 QQQ
is a sure thing, perhaps even $10 QQQ--
or something like early 1990's Nasdaq
rather than just the five year setback.

When we finally see that, it will be time to look
at a smattering of tech. Lately I've glanced
at Samsung and Philips, ABI and Agilent.
I have no idea what looks cheap enough in
first and second tier tech yet, therefore
the treasuries. When in doubt, do nothing.
