Who Said It, Karl Rove or ... Not sure what your point is; not sure what the context was; or, for that matter, who said it. But no one had to tell me were were being attacked. I watched 24/7 news coverage of it. No one had to tell me that we were entering into a war like none we've seen before -- lasting at least twice as long as the Vietnam war, and probably more difficult to win. But obviously more critical to our survival. It is important to have strong leaders who aren't unduly influenced by the politics of the moment, or pacifists who really are clueless about the seriousness of the threats that confront us.
