CDTS stock holders end up with 30% of the outstanding stock (after the addition of 2.3 MM recently carried with the E series), whether it is a merger or not, is of little import. They still do not have enough cash on hand to get to positive cash flow and thus further dilution is unavoidable, if their backers keep pouring money in. If the backers throw in the towel... Zeev
