Al they say they know so far is a one or two shooter.. in one of two types of white van in a random sequence in random locations using one caliper of bullet... the only consistency I observed were that, except for the Indian fellow who looked black, none of the victims were of other visible minorities, contrary to what was stated on the post I responded to. When you think about it, this type of crime may be very easy to perpetrate until the whole area goes into lock-down, and even then,it can still be done. The enemy within.
