Ah, Mr. Carter and his disloyal behavior. And I thought it had reached its peak in 1991 when he wrote a letter to the UN Security Counsel members asking them to vote down the resolution that was supported by his country to authorize the use of force to liberate Kowait from Saddam. Go figure. Beware the little guy with a big job!!!!!!
